Programs that Foster Volunteerism, Philanthropy, and Financial Assistance
Fostering Service & Volunteerism
Young men can be a force for good in society when they have positive mentors to model the way.
They need Lambda Chi Alpha’s most abundant resource: our Alumni Brothers.
Alumni mentoring and support prepares Brothers for their careers, families, and community service.
Donors to the Educational Foundation invest in programs that foster volunteerism, philanthropy, and financial assistance for our Brothers.

Anchor Fund Disaster Aid
We created the Anchor Fund to provide emergency aid to support Brothers impacted by qualified (inter)national disasters. Donations to the Anchor Fund directly support emergency aid grants for Brothers affected by a presidentially-declared disaster or emergency.
Brothers with demonstrated financial need as a result of a qualified disaster may receive direct funds for essential needs: food, shelter, medical needs, and employment-critical transportation.
Since the creation of the fund in 2019, we have provided support to 98 Brothers with a total of $47,775 in emergency aid. In 2024, donations to the Anchor Fund provided 7 grants totaling $3,500 to support Brothers affected by Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton.

Fellowships & Scholarships
Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation offers access to a variety of scholarships for students looking for support. award many undergraduate scholarships.
Some of these awards are restricted to members of one or more chapters while others are open to all members in good standing. Many scholarships and fellowships are named in honor of brothers who have made a lasting impact on the Fraternity through their generosity of time, talent and/or treasure.

Neville Advisor’s College
Named in honor of longtime volunteer Ronald A. Neville, Drury ‘69, Neville Advisor’s College is the Fraternity’s premiere volunteer conference.
