Foundation Policies
Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation is a registered charitable organization in all states that require charitable solicitation registration.

Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation is a nonprofit corporation exclusively, qualified under Section 501(c)(3), committed to educational and charitable purposes that support, encourage, and assist the Brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.
The Foundation supports the Brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity by funding educational programs for personal and professional development, as well as providing direct student aid for certain qualified individuals.
Annual gifts, planned gifts, and pledge commitments may take the form of one, or a combination, of the following giving methods:
- Cash
- Securities
- Cryptocurrency
- Tangible personal property
- Non-traditional investments
- Real estate
- Deferred or planned gifts, such as trusts, annuities, insurance policies, qualified charitable distributions, gifts of property with or without a retained life interest, and/or bequest intentions
Potential donors should seek advice from competent financial advisors regarding asset evaluation, tax deductibility, and/or similar federal, state and/or local legal compliance for charitable giving.
We are unable to accept gifts that are too restrictive in purpose or inconsistent with our mission and priorities.
