Every man needs to find his purpose. No man should have to search for it alone. The Lambda Chi Foundation has announced the public launch of the Men With Purpose Campaign, the most ambitious campaign in our Fraternity’s history.
This historic $60 million fundraising effort will help fund the Lambda Chi Alpha experience for generations, while driving innovation in the world of young men’s development. Our transformational, data-driven programs teach the lessons that can’t be taught in the classroom, building a man’s character and competence to accelerate his career readiness.

We’re committed to bridging the gap by advancing men’s development, improving access to opportunity, and investing in fraternity as a force for good.
As traditional institutions leave young men behind, we choose to take action and invest in opportunities for them to grow, serve, and lead in their communities. We will also strengthen the Foundation’s endowment, ensuring these opportunities remain available for generations to come.

We are proud to recognize the five Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity Chapters that have become 2026 Mason's Circle Champions so far: Epsilon-Omicron (Lambda Chi at UT) Zeta-Tau (Lambda Chi Alpha at Stetson University) Gamma-Chi (Lambda Chi Alpha at the University of Arkansas) Alpha-Kappa (Lambda Chi Alpha - Wabash College) Iota-Pi (Texas Christian University) Mason’s Circle is named in honor of Dr. John E. “Jack” Mason Jr. (Pennsylvania 1913), Lambda Chi Alpha’s spiritual founder and the first charitable donor to the Foundation. Today, Collegiate Brothers continue that tradition with a symbolic gift of $19.09, a nod to Lambda Chi’s founding year. We are still reminiscing about an unforgettable weekend in Kansas City. Lambda Chi Alpha Brothers and Alumni from all over the country gathered to reconnect, learn, and celebrate our Brotherhood during the 61st General Assembly. We’ve touched down in Kansas City for the 61st General Assembly and 2026 Stead Leadership Seminar, and it has already been a meaningful time of fellowship, discussion, and connection across the Brotherhood.
