Thanks to the generosity of Alumni and friends, more than $3.2 million was granted for programs and opportunities that help Brothers find belonging, purpose, and the tools to lead meaningful lives.
These investments supported a wide range of initiatives across the Brotherhood, from scholarships and Chapter housing support to leadership development programs, volunteerism, and research focused on the needs of young men.
Fostering Growth
A strong fraternity experience helps young men grow personally, academically, and socially. In 2025, $1,392,154 in donor support helped foster that growth through programs and grants that strengthened the undergraduate experience.
This included support for:
- Chapter housing
- Lambda Chi Academy
- The Ideal Man initiative
- Research through the American Institute for Boys and Men (AIBM)

Enabling Service
Service remains a vital part of the Lambda Chi Alpha experience. In 2025, $730,626 in donor support helped strengthen the Brotherhood through Alumni volunteer engagement, Chapter-based service initiatives, and scholarship support that helps students remain active in Chapter life.

Leadership development continues to be one of the most visible and meaningful outcomes of donor support. In 2025, gifts totaling $1,265,832 helped fund major leadership experiences that equip undergraduate officers and members with practical skills they can bring back to their Chapters.

- General Assembly and Stead Leadership Seminar
- Stead Leadership College
- High Alpha support
Through these experiences, Brothers gain leadership training, mentorship, and hands-on tools that strengthen both individual Members and entire Chapters.
