Jim Brasher

Jim has worked with a number of leading innovators of social change and served as Chief Development Officer for a number of historic humanitarian organizations and institutions. Jim’s expertise in communicating and developing resources for global and mental health, human rights, education, peace building, economic development, and agriculture comes in part from serving for more than a dozen years as Special Assistant to President Jimmy Carter in the development of The Carter Center. Jim is a chief strategist, development and communications officer with major clients including The Carter Center, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) at Georgetown University and the Global Fund for Children. Jim is the Founding Director of Global Philanthropists Circle with Peggy Dulany and David Rockefeller. He serves on the Board of Directors for BYkids, and serves as a trustee of Future Generations University, Madoo Conservancy, and LongHouse Reserve. He lives in Sagaponack, NY.
