Bo Gebbie was appointed president of Evolving Solutions in August 2021. Bo joined Evolving Solutions in January 2017 as the Vice President of Sales, Services and Marketing. He is a member of the Executive and Management Teams and represents the organization externally on vendor and partner Advisory Councils.

Before joining Evolving Solutions, Bo was an IBM executive, serving last as Vice President of Sales, Server Solutions, for IBM North America. In that role, he had sales and profit responsibility for a $3B portfolio across Power Systems, z Systems and the Server Linux brands.

Bo has a finance degree from the University of Evansville and an MBA from Creighton University. He is the president of the board of Nebraska HOBY Youth Leadership and chairperson of the University of Evansville Board of Visitors.

Bo was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Student Advisory Committee in 2001 and was Conference Planner from 2002-2003.

Bryce is the Managing Director for Talent Acquisition Group and also serves as an Advisor for PeopleTech Partners. Throughout his career, Bryce has served as the Head of Staffing for Waymo, a self-driven technology development company, and has helped leading consumer brands like Disney, Red Bull, and JCPenney build or refine their talent acquisition capabilities. He has worked across a myriad of industries as a recruiter including media & entertainment, technology, consumer packaged goods, and retail to recruit talent from the board to individual contributor level for clients ranging from seed stage startups to large enterprises. He also served on the Young Alumni Council helping advise the Educational Foundation on engaging young alumni. Bryce and his wife, Kat, have three children and live in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Jason is a strategic advisor to Fortune 500 CMOs, venture capital GPs, and startup founders, known for delivering pragmatic marketing strategies and impactful results. With a 20-year career as a Managing Director at Accenture Song, Jason successfully led one of the firm's largest global agency accounts. His expertise spans marketing and commerce strategy, transformation, and operations, making him a sought-after partner for leading brands and advertisers.

A member of Wittenberg University's Campaign Steering Committee, Jason played a key role in the success of the "Having Light" campaign, which exceeded its ambitious $100 million fundraising goal in 2022. Residing in Park City, Utah, he volunteers with the Park City Sailing Association.

Jason earned a B.A. in Management and East Asian Studies from Wittenberg University. In 2002, he was honored as a Freeman Foundation Scholar at Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan, and in 2017, studied Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School with Clay Christensen. During his undergraduate years, Jason served as High Iota and High Delta at Nu Zeta Zeta. He also served the Fraternity as an Impact Leadership coach and was a member of the Student Advisory Committee and Young Alumni Council.

Rob is a semi-retired general surgeon serving as Vice President for Quality at the Dunes Surgical Hospital in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry / Biology from the University of South Dakota (Alpha-Gamma Zeta) in 1978.

During his senior year, Rob served on the Student Advisory Committee (1977-1978). Deferring his acceptance to the University of Minnesota Medical School, he traveled as an Educational Leadership Consultant from 1978-1979. Rob has practiced medicine since he graduated the University of Minnesota in 1983.

Jane Hutchinson Castanias was a trial attorney in Dallas at the law firms of Johnson & Gibbs and Jones Day. Since moving to Washington D.C., she has devoted her time to causes related to children. She currently serves as the National Council For Adoption Vice-Chair, and sits on the NCFA Executive Committee. She is a former Board Member and Board Chair of RESOLVE, a family-building organization that educates, supports, and advocates for those with infertility about their family building options, including adoption. She is the Past President of the National Capital Area Gladney Family Association, the local chapter of her family’s adoption agency, planning events and fundraisers; and also serves on Gladney’s National Council. With her husband, Gregory Castanias, Jane is the 2017 “Angel in Adoption” recipient for Virginia, awarded by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption. Both Jane and Greg have been recognized as an NCFA “Friend of Adoption.” She is a frequent speaker about adoption issues. Prior to becoming involved in adoption-related volunteer work, she was a Court Appointed Special Advocate, helping abused and neglected children during court proceedings for temporary removal from the home or for termination of parental rights, including working with the biological families, social services, and the foster care system.

Jane is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Political Science, and the University of Kansas School of Law. She is married to Gregory Castanias, a partner with Jones Day in Washington D.C. She has two daughters, both adopted from Texas. She and her family live in Oakton, Virginia.

Tracy is a Managing Director/Practice Leader at Aon Plc, a global risk consulting firm and is based in Denver, Colorado. He has been with Aon for 33 years and his team provides risk consulting services to Insurance and Reinsurance companies in the US, London/Europe and Bermuda with specialization in Directors & Officers Liability, Errors & Omissions/Punitive Damages and related catastrophe risk exposures.

Prior to Aon, he worked for Willis Faber & Dumas, Alexander & Alexander and Aetna Corporation. He currently serves on the Board of the Christopher and Dana Reeves Foundation, ACE Scholarships Colorado Board of Advisors, is Co-Founder of the Colorado Paralysis Foundation and President of the Forst Family Foundation.

Tracy studied as a Fred McLeod scholar at the University of Hawaii in 1981 and received his BSBA in Finance at the University of Denver in 1984. He attended the Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 1999 and is a guest lecturer in the MBA program at the University of Denver. At Alpha Pi, He co-founded the Alpha Pi Educational Foundation and the Pete “AC” Nelson library. He and his wife Stephanie have four children and reside in Littleton, Colorado.

Paul is a partner at Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox, an intellectual property law firm based in Washington DC.  He is a trial lawyer with a practice focused on patent and trade secret disputes in federal court and at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Paul is a graduate of The George Washington University where he was a founding father of the chapter. He also served on the Lambda Chi Alpha professional staff (1996-2000), and as High Pi at the American University chapter (2018 – 2021).

Michael F. Der Manouel, Jr. is an accomplished insurance industry leader with over 30 years of experience. As Regional President at HUB International, he oversees operations in Central California. Mike previously served as President of Der Manouel Insurance Group for 12 years, growing the family-owned agency. He got his start in the field as a commercial insurance broker in 1992. Mike is deeply involved in the community, volunteering on boards for organizations like the Lincoln Club of Fresno County. He also founded Cornerstone Compensation, a worker’s comp group for churches and schools.

Mike earned his BS in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, where he was a brother of the Iota Gamma Zeta. With his extensive insurance expertise and community engagement, Mike provides valued guidance to serve the needs of HUB International’s clients.

Stuart Evans is the President of Edge Construction Specialties. He graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Real Estate and Construction Management. He began working for Edge in 2006 and became President in 2021. He oversees all projects from buyout to completion. Stuart likes the varied challenges he is presented with at Edge and the can-do attitude of the team. When not on the job, Stuart trains for and races Ironman triathlons with his lovely wife and spends time with his incredible family. 

Mr. Franklin has over two decades of experience in the investment industry, and currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Manager at Diamond Capital Management (DCM). In this capacity, he coordinates the investment philosophy, strategy, tactics, and implementations employed by the Bank in managing approximately $2 billion in assets within DCM. Additionally, Mr. Franklin serves as the Portfolio Manager for both institutional and private wealth client portfolios. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Franklin was the Director of Portfolio Construction and Senior Portfolio Manager at Regions Wealth Management. Mr. Franklin received a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Evansville. Additionally, he has attained the Chartered Financial Analyst and the Chartered Market Technician designations. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Indianapolis, and the CMT Association. Mr. Franklin currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of Evansville and as grader for the level 3 CMT exam.

Raised in Dallas, TX, Mark attended Southern Methodist University.  He was initiated into Lambda Chi Alpha in 1974. Graduating in 1977 with a B.A. in Political Science, he went on to obtain a master’s degree in international Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. He started his career in international consumer products with Seagram’s Distillers.  After 4 years, Mark moved to Montres Rolex for 13 years. With a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old at home, 40 weeks of business travel a year was no longer an option.

Morgan Stanley offered an opportunity, and Mark has been there for 28 years and is a Senior Vice President and Certified Financial Planner®. Mark has been a United States Soccer Federation referee and referee instructor/mentor for 18 years. He is on the Discipline and Penalty Committees for the South Texas Youth Soccer Association and the South Texas Referee Organization. Mark and his wife Dawn have been married for 39 years all in Houston, TX. They have two adult children – Whitney and Andy.

Kris is a founder and investor in enterprise software, engineering services, and semiconductors. Recently, Kris also worked as an investment banker for aerospace and defense companies. Kris currently splits his time between being the CFO of an engineering services company and a private equity firm which specializes in strategic industries. Prior to his private sector career, Kris served in the Marines.

Carlton is a retired media executive and journalist.  He currently serves as the Communications Director for the Alumni Advisory Board of Nu Zeta at the University of Georgia, which was rechartered in 2025.  In 1989, he temporarily served as the chapter’s High Pi.  He is a strong advocate for alumni engagement and building an integrated stewardship model linking local chapters and the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation.

He completed a UGA journalism degree in 1977 and spent his first 14 years editing Georgia weekly and daily newspapers. Shifting his interest to magazines, Carlton moved to New York City where he held corporate magazine management positions overseeing a wide variety of titles including Motor Trend, Teen Magazine and the NFL’s magazine startup. He also directed the startup of Cowles Business Media’s internet division. Much of his work was in media development, market positioning and applying large, syndicated consumer databases to expand underdeveloped revenue streams.

As a journalist, Carlton was active in the Georgia Press Association and is past president of the Georgia chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, Sigma Delta Chi. He served 10 years on the University of Georgia’s Young Alumni Council and is also an alumni of AmeriCorps Vista, developing a quality assurance model for the Veterans Administration hospital in Atlanta. Carlton and his wife, Deborah, live in Newnan, GA. He pursues a passion for documentary photography and the continuing growth of Nu Zeta.

John D. Schmitt is a proud two-time graduate of Eastern Illinois University, earning both his Bachelor and Master of Arts in Political Science, where he also served as a Graduate Assistant. A founding and charter member of the Phi-Alpha Zeta chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha, John has remained deeply involved with the fraternity throughout his life—serving as Chapter Advisor, Alumni Association Treasurer and Secretary, and chairing the 2022 Day of Giving Committee. In recognition of his service, he received Lambda Chi Alpha’s Order of Merit in 1996.

John spent 35 years serving in Illinois government, higher education, and the nonprofit sector, including roles with the Illinois Senate, Department of Natural Resources, and the Office of Governor James R. Thompson. He was the first Executive Director of the Illinois Conservation Foundation, helping raise over $16 million for conservation efforts, and later served as EIU’s Director of Development for the Chicagoland region, contributing to the university’s $60 million capital campaign before retiring in 2013. A longtime member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, he led the Chicago Chapter—then the largest in North America—as President in 2012 and maintains his CFRE certification.

A dedicated EIU alumnus, John served on the Alumni Association Board and received the Lou Hencken Alumni Service Award in 2004. He established the John D. Schmitt Endowed Scholarship supporting Lambda Chi Alpha officers and helped create multiple other scholarships benefitting fraternity members. In 2022, he was honored as EIU’s Homecoming Parade Grand Marshal, reflecting his lifelong commitment to the university and fraternity that shaped his journey.

Ed Wilkinson resides in Greenwood, Arkansas. He met his wife of 30+ years, LaDonna, while training to fulfill his dream of becoming a pilot. He earned his aviator wings and got a lot more. They have one son, Attorney Wm. Daniel Wilkinson. Ed followed family tradition as a community banker, state legislator, United States Navy officer, and brother of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity at the University of Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA, Finance & Banking, and MBA. Ed was inducted into the U of A “Towers of Old Main.” He served on the U of A Alumni Association national Board of Directors and on its Chancellor’s Society, Board of Advisors, and Campaign Arkansas. The active brethren of Lambda Chi elected Ed “2019 Alumnus of the Year.” Subsequently, Ed earned a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) from Walden University. Using the conceptual framework learned at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, Ed’s doctoral study was “Credit Strategies for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Within a Changing Environment.” Later, Ed earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Liverpool (UK). ” Ed is a third generation Farmers Banker. He has 40 years executive and board leadership experience. Ed has served Farmers Bank in virtually every capacity. He was elected Wilkinson Banking Corporation CEO 1986 and Farmers Bank President 1994. He is secretary of Arkansas Community Bankers Association Executive Board. Ed also served in both the U. S. Navy and the Arkansas legislature.

Ed Wynne is a retired executive from the Telecommunications/Digital Technology industry (Leadership positions at GTE Corporation, AT&T Network Systems and Lucent Technologies). His sales and management expertise allowed him to lead teams in South America, the Caribbean and Mexico. Following this career, Ed served in the US Department of State as a Diplomatic Housing Director in four different countries. Currently, Ed serves on the Alumni Advisory Committee of the Texas Christian University Iota Pi chapter and lives in Dallas, TX.

Brother Dan Hartmann serves as the fifth President & CEO of Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity with a mission to invest philanthropic support in the ever-growing educational pursuits of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. The Educational Foundation stewards $14M in assets under management and annually grants more than $1M to the Fraternity, local chapter initiatives, and direct student aid.

Dan brings two decades of experience in philanthropy and non-profit leadership. Prior to rejoining the staff in 2019, Brother Hartmann served as Director of Development at IUPUI, the largest urban research institution in Indiana. He has Interfraternal Foundation experience, having previously served as COO of the NIC Foundation.

He first joined the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity staff in 2007 serving as an Educational Leadership Consultant with a specialization in new chapter expansions. In addition, Dan previously served the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation as Alumni Director.

Brother Hartmann is an active volunteer in the greater Indianapolis community having served the Association of Fundraising Professionals Indiana Chapter as President from 2020-2021. He serves as a Director on the Cornerstone Lutheran Church Foundation Board and as an 8U softball coach at Oaklandon Youth Organization.

Dan and his wife, Becca, along with their two daughters, Hadley and Harper, reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. Brother Hartmann holds an MBA from Anderson University and a BA in Business Management from Truman State University where he was active in Phi-Psi Zeta. Since 2014, Dan has been recognized as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) having demonstrated professional success and commitment to the field of philanthropy.

Nick Bratvold, CFRE, serves as the Vice President-Philanthropy after having served as a Stewardship Officer. In this role, he cultivates relationships with alumni seeking to make principal, major and planned gifts in the Northwest region including Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming. Nick also oversees strategic partnerships and philanthropic services for local chapters and alumni organizations.

Nick graduated from the University of South Dakota (Alpha-Gamma Zeta) in 2016 and 2017, with degrees in History (B.S.) and Educational Administration (M.A.). Prior to the Educational Foundation, he served in leadership capacities for the Child Advocacy Centers of South Dakota and the American Council of Trustees and Alumni. He is one of three Lambda Chi board members on the Fraternity and Sorority Political Action Committee, and also serves as the vice chair of his chapter’s house corporation. Nick lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with his wife, Ally.

Katie Kowalski serves as the Vice President-Engagement with a focus on donor and volunteer engagement with a goal of growing overall involvement and investment in the mission of the Educational Foundation.

In her role, she is responsible for the Educational Foundation’s strategic communications, donor impact reporting, overall awareness, and annual giving through traditional and peer-to-peer campaigns.

Katie graduated from Ball State University in 2008 with a degree in Creative Writing (B.F.A.). She has 15 years of experience in nonprofit marketing and fundraising, including 10 years serving fraternal foundations. She is an alumna initiate of Sigma Kappa Sorority.

Dave Bolton serves as the Controller with a focus on finance and accounting operations for the Foundation.

In this role, his primary responsibility is to prepare and implement the Foundation’s financial strategy, policies, controls, and procedures, to ensure the fiscal stability of the organization and achieve its goals.

Prior to joining Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation as the Controller, Dave worked in Financial and Corporate Compliance for a large publicly traded chemical manufacturing company. Before that he traveled extensively when he worked as a Finance Director for two multinational companies where he was responsible for the Asian and Latin American markets.

He is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), has an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University and a BS in International Agriculture from Cornell University.

Ryan serves as the Stewardship Director for the Foundation. In this role, he is responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the frontline fundraising team, maximizing philanthropic investment in Lambda Chi Alpha.

He is also responsible for cultivating relationships with alumni seeking to make principal, major and planned gifts to the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation.

Ryan graduated from Ball State University (Iota-Alpha) in 2010 with a degree in Psychology and Interpersonal Relations. He is one of the Founding Fathers of the rechartering in 2008 and served as the High Phi.

Prior to joining the Educational Foundation team, Ryan was an entrepreneur with businesses in Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri. Ryan currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife Leah.

Jeff Craig serves as the Leadership Annual Giving Officer for the Foundation. In his role, Jeff will be responsible for securing mid-level, recurring, chapter, and corporate matching gift support for the Educational Foundation.

Jeff Craig recently served as Director of Development with the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa Center for Advancement. Jeff began his career in development with the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2016 after nearly 20 years in sales.

During his tenure as a development officer, Jeff has raised over $16 million, consistently exceeding fiscal year goals for funds raised and face-to-face visits. He has played a pivotal role in executing strategic priorities for billion-dollar fundraising campaigns, including Campaign ASU 2020 and Together Hawkeyes Campaign. Jeff’s exceptional performance earned him the prestigious “Million Dollar Achievement Award” in 2018, 2019, and 2020.

A native of Northwest Indiana, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications with a focus on Sales and Management from Ball State University (Iota-Alpha Zeta). After an internship in Phoenix, Arizona, he made the state his home for 18 years before relocating to the Midwest in 2020.

As a cancer survivor, Jeff is passionate about supporting comprehensive cancer care and research. He also gives back to his community through philanthropic efforts, including serving on the Red Shoe Run Committee for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys traveling, cheering on the Chicago Cubs, and running—and completed a marathon in 2020. Two of Jeff’s most cherished memories are marrying his wife, Jennifer, on a rooftop at Wrigley Field in 2014 and witnessing game 5 of the Cubs’ historic World Series win in 2016.

Nathan Gray serves as the Associate Director of Philanthropic Services. In his role, he is responsible for developing and overseeing the LCAEF suite of philanthropic services including campaign services, communication services, and endowment management.

Nathan previously served in the Stewardship Officer role working with our brothers in the following states: Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas.

Nathan graduated from Butler University (Alpha-Alpha Zeta) with a B.S. in Criminology and Psychology and served as the High Alpha of Alpha-Alpha Zeta following its rechartering in 2020. Nathan started with the Educational Foundation as a Stewardship Officer in June 2022. 

Whitney Hedge serves as the Philanthropic Services Officer. In her role, she is responsible for assisting with the LCAEF suite philanthropic services including campaign services, communication services, and endowment management.

Whitney brings over a decade of experience in working in higher education from fraternity/sorority life advising to new student and family programming. She earned her bachelor's from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where she became a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma National Sorority. She then completed her master's degree in Student Affairs Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Kerri Hipsky serves as the Administration Officer. In this role, she is responsible for a wide range of administrative and supporting activities for day-to-day operational functions of the Foundation including, but not limited to, database management, executive project management, CEO support, meeting support, grant and scholarship administration, and partnership coordination.

Prior to joining Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation as Administration Officer, Kerri worked for Dow AgroSciences for most of her career. Her most recent position was with SePRO Corporation where she supported several senior-level directors and managed tradeshows.

Kerri was born and raised in Indiana and graduated from Warren Central High School. She lives in Arcadia with her partner Reid, 3 children and a bonus child. Her oldest daughter is a sophomore attending IU University and is a member of Alpha Gamma Delta.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family. extracurricular activities for her children, her backyard pool, road trips to Cincinnati, OH and St. Joseph, MI, and her annual trip to Mexico!

Brian is a seasoned nonprofit management professional specializing in major gift fundraising. He has spent his entire career in nonprofit work and has raised funds for a variety of areas including youth service, social service, education, healthcare, and now fraternal. Much of his career was spent at the University of Cincinnati as a fundraiser for three of the university's academic health center campus colleges (Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences). Those many years of major gift work provided Brian with a strong understanding of healthcare and higher education philanthropy. Prior to joining Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation, Brian served as a Senior Gift Officer with Mercy Health Foundation in where he had site responsibility for fundraising for one of the system's six area hospitals as well as serving as the fundraising lead for the oncology and graduate medical education service lines for the system.

Brian is a 1997 graduate of the University of Tennessee where earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Public Relations. He was a member of the Epsilon Omicron chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha and is thrilled to join the LXA Educational Foundation to have the opportunity to meet with Brothers around the country and assist them in philanthropically supporting our fraternity. Brian and his wife Jessica have four boys and live in Cincinnati, OH.

Que serves as the Executive Support & Events Manager for the Educational Foundation. In this role, she is responsible for event management and guest support, executive team support and task management, and fulfilling specialized stewardship activities.

Prior to working for Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation, Anqueyette worked for the American Cancer Society where she orchestrated and assisted in fundraising for Relay for Life and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Que resides in Perry, GA with her husband Raymond Jackson and their fur baby Cashmere.

Anqueyette graduated from Florida Memorial University in 2012 with a degree in Health Care Administration (B.S.). Prior to joining the Educational Foundation team, she worked for the American Cancer Society where she orchestrated and assisted in fundraising for Relay for Life and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Anqueyette is originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL and currently resides in Perry, GA with her husband, Raymond, and their fur baby, Cashmere.

Jake Lathram serves as a Stewardship Officer and covers a territory that consists of the following states: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, and West Virginia.

In his role, he is responsible for cultivating relationships with alumni seeking to make principal, major and planned gifts to the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation. He also helps support strategic partnerships and philanthropic services for local chapter and alumni organizations.

Jake graduated from Miami University (Zeta-Upsilon Zeta) in 2017 with a degree in Political Science & Government (B.A.). Prior to joining the Educational Foundation team, Jake was working as a Business Development Manager for an IT staffing and consulting agency. He also previously served as President of the Zeta-Upsilon Housing Corporation for four years post-graduation. Jake currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his Ashleigh and their one year old daughter Mia.

John Michael serves as a Stewardship Officer for the western United States. He covers a territory that consists of the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.

In his role, he is responsible for cultivating relationships with alumni seeking to make principal, major and planned gifts. He also helps support strategic partnerships and philanthropic services for local chapter and alumni organizations.

John graduated from the University of San Diego in 2015 with a degree in International Relations (B.A.), before heading to Washington, D.C., to work in the corporate security space for six years. He returned to San Diego in 2021 and joined the Educational Foundation team in May 2023.

Shelby Parr serves as the Engagement Officer with a focus on donor and volunteer engagement with a goal of encouraging continued giving, sharing impact, and growing the donor base of the Educational Foundation.

In her role, she is responsible for developing content and coordinating production for various donor cultivation, engagement, solicitation, and stewardship communications with a goal of building overall awareness and annual giving through traditional and peer-to-peer campaigns.

Shelby graduated from The University of Toledo in May of 2020 with a degree in Psychology. She then graduated from Ball State University in 2022 with a degree in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education. Shelby has previously worked with Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity where she connected with members in a couple of different roles. She is a proud member of Alpha Xi Delta.

George serves as the Associate Director of Data Enrichment for the Foundation. In this role, he is responsible for data enrichment efforts, including systems integration, data integrity benchmarking, reporting, and visualization.

George graduated from the Missouri University of Science and Technology with a PhD in Systems Engineering, emphasis Artificial Intelligence, in 2017. He graduated from Missouri S&T (Alpha-Delta Zeta) with a BS Engineering Management in 1979 and MS in Engineering Management in 1984. His career spans multiple industries and leadership roles, including leading risk management efforts for the hypersonic X-30, an air-breathing, single-stage-to-orbit technology demonstrator, statistical analysis supporting medical outcomes research, senior leadership roles in small businesses, and leading technology startups. He is a volunteer member of the adjunct research faculty at the Missouri S&T Kummer College, Center for Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Vehicles, as well as supporting Alpha-Delta Zeta as mentor. He and his wife, Cindy, live in Barnhart, MO.

Alyssa Roberts serves as Communications Officer for the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation, where she leads strategic communications efforts that connect alumni, donors, and key stakeholders to the Foundation’s mission. In this role, she manages digital communications, supports fundraising and campaign initiatives, and helps tell the stories that demonstrate the impact of the Foundation’s programs and philanthropy.

Alyssa brings a background in digital fundraising and nonprofit communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, along with a Master’s degree in Strategic and Digital Communications. She recently relocated to Indiana with her husband, Craig, and is excited to support LCAEF during a period of growth while contributing to meaningful, mission-driven work.

Blake von der Lippe serves as a Stewardship Officer and covers a territory that consists of the following states: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas.

In his role, he is responsible for cultivating relationships with alumni seeking to make principal, major and planned gifts. He also helps support strategic partnerships and philanthropic services for local chapter and alumni organizations.

Blake graduated from Butler University in 2024 with a degree in Marketing (B.A.). He served as multiple chairs during his time at Alpha-Alpha Zeta, as well as many other extra curriculums.

Prior joining the Educational Foundation team, Blake was a small business consultant for a large payroll company and now resides in Carmel, Indiana.
